Recovery moves in phases — never rushed, never avoided.
Betrayal creates trauma, and trauma needs structure to heal. Our recovery process gives both partners a clear map: stabilize first, understand second, rebuild third.
Stabilize & disclose
Stop the bleeding: end contact, establish transparency agreements, and guide a full, honest disclosure so questions don’t haunt the relationship.
Understand & grieve
Make sense of how this happened without excusing it — and give the hurt partner real space to grieve what was lost.
Rebuild & reconnect
Create new transparency rituals, restore physical and emotional intimacy at a safe pace, and write a shared story of what comes next.
Both partners’ pain matters here.
The hurt partner needs answers, safety, and time. The involved partner needs accountability without endless punishment — and a way to understand their own choices. Recovery sessions hold both truths with equal care.
Questions couples in crisis ask us most.
Asked with care, answered honestly.
Many do — and some emerge stronger than before. Recovery depends on full honesty, ended contact, patience from both sides, and structured help. We’ll give you an honest assessment in your first sessions, not false promises.
We usually begin with a joint consultation, then one individual session each to understand both perspectives safely. After that, the work is primarily together — recovery happens in the relationship.
Meaningful stabilization often takes 3–6 months of weekly work; deeper rebuilding can continue for a year. We move at the pace of the hurt partner while keeping the process from stalling.
