Couples therapy for partners who want to get this right.

Dating, engaged, or decades in — therapy gives you a shared language for hard moments and practical tools for staying close.

Couples therapy

Stronger communication, deeper intimacy, fewer same-old fights.

Couples therapy is skills training for your relationship: how to raise concerns without triggering defensiveness, how to listen so your partner feels felt, and how to repair fast when things go sideways.

01

Talk without exploding

Structured conversation tools help you say the hard thing honestly — without criticism, contempt, or shutdown.

02

Fight fair, repair fast

Learn the anatomy of your arguments and a step-by-step repair process that ends fights in minutes, not days.

03

Stay intimate on purpose

Emotional and physical closeness need tending. Build rituals of connection that survive busy seasons.

Who it’s for

Every kind of partnership, every stage.

You don’t need to be married — or in crisis — to benefit. Couples therapy helps partners who are dating seriously, newly living together, newly parenting, or simply aware they want better tools than the ones they grew up with.

Good to know

Questions couples ask us most.

Straight answers before you commit to anything.

No. About half of our couples are dating, engaged, or cohabiting. If you share a committed relationship and want it to be healthier, you belong here.

We start with what happened since last time, practice one skill or conversation in the room with live coaching, and end with one small thing to try at home. No homework marathons — one focused practice per week.

The methods overlap, but couples therapy is open to unmarried partners and often focuses more on skill-building, while marriage counseling tends to address the deeper history and commitments of a marriage.
